STANDARD COLOR
Color of insect screens is fully customizable to the needs of the client. Frame and profile guides can be absolutely any color. The standard color of the screen is white, according to RAL catalog number 9016, and brown (RAL #8017).

HOW DO WE CUSTOMIZE SCREENS?
We use a special powder coating for coloring aluminum frames which is later gets baked in an oven. Powder coating technology is somewhat different from the usual coloring. Judging by the name, the paint comes in a form of a fine powder. Powder coating technology is environmentally friendly as the paint mainly consists of polymers and gives a perfect and durable color.
To create an even color on the aluminum frame, we use a curing chamber. It is a kind of an oven where the temperature is maintained up to 200 degrees Celsius.
After the special oven has done its job, all that remains is to remove the part. It is necessary to cool down the frame. During that time the powder paint will become solid. All this will take 24 hours to get the guaranteed strength of the aluminum frame.
