Permit Application:
In some counties, no signature from the homeowner is required at all
In others, the property owner may be required to sign using a simple digital signature (e.g., via DocuSign)

About the NOC Process
Your dedicated Permit Manager will guide you through the entire permit process. As we provide a Remote Online Notarization service (included in your package), notarizing required documents is easy.
We handle most of the work for your convenience:
- We fill out the NOC form and send it to our trusted online notary partner
- You will receive instructions in advance. All you need to do is schedule a convenient time with the notary.
With the help of our authorized notary partner, you can complete the process remotely using any device with audio and video capabilities such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a webcam.
Additional notes
The cost of additional documents is usually $500-700 and is paid separately. You will always be informed in advance if anything extra is required.
After the Engineering Plan and Site Plan Are Ready:
Our permitting department will prepare a complete document package and submit the permit application.
Your task:
Sign the required documents and, if necessary, arrange for the NOC registration. (We will assist you throughout this process).
I will inform you as soon as we receive any additional requests from the county.
