You may suggest necessary changes. Once you give final approval, the sketch is submitted to our engineering department for preparation of the official engineering plan and site plan.
Carefully review and approve the sketch before it’s submitted for processing.

Notice of Commencement (NOC)
This document must be notary signed by the homeowner and registered with the County Clerk.
In some counties, no signature from the homeowner is required at all.
In others, the property owner may be required to sign using a simple digital signature (e.g., via DocuSign).
In specific cases, notarization may be required.
We will prepare and fill out all necessary documents on your behalf.
Your dedicated Permit Manager will guide you through the entire permit process. As we provide a Remote Online Notarization service (included in your package), notarizing required documents is easy.
We fill out the NOC form and send it to our trusted online notary partner.
You will receive instructions in advance. All you need to do is schedule a convenient time with the notary.
With the help of our authorized notary partner, you can complete the process remotely using any device with audio and video capabilities such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a webcam.
The cost of additional documents is usually $500-700 and is paid separately. You will always be informed in advance if anything extra is required.
Our permitting department will prepare a complete document package and submit the permit application.
Sign the required documents and, if necessary, arrange for the NOC registration. (We will assist you throughout this process).
I will inform you as soon as we receive any additional requests from the county.
The stand is placed near the main entrance to the property, in a visible area for inspectors.
It’s installed in a way that doesn’t obstruct passage or construction work. We ensure that it stays stable, secure, and clean.
To provide quick inspector access to permit documents.
To streamline inspections and improve transparency on-site
The stand will be carefully removed from the site.
All documents will be packed and either handed to the owner or left in a safe place if you are not present.
Your confirmation of stand placement is recorded in our CRM system.
A designated team member is responsible for coordinating the stand’s installation and removal.
A few days after the permit application is submitted, we will install a branded project information stand at your site.
I will assign an installation crew for your project.
I will coordinate a convenient start date with you.
The required amount of materials will be calculated.
Delivery of materials to the site will be arranged.
Confirm the start date and ensure access to the property.
The structure is installed according to the approved engineering plan.
All key construction phases are monitored.
Quality control checks are performed regularly.
In case of bad weather work may be paused – you will be notified in advance.
If you have any questions or need to make decisions just contact me directly – I’m your personal manager.
Payments are made in stages according to the payment schedule in your contract.
Stay in touch during the process and be available for any approvals.
On the agreed date, the installation team will begin work on your property.
The crew will clean up the site, gather equipment and remove leftover materials.
A permit specialist submits a request for final inspection.
I will inform you in advance of the date and time of the inspection.
On the day of inspection, please ensure full access to the property: gates and doors must be open.
Please note: our installation crew will leave a sealed packet of inspection documents on the project.
If the inspector identifies any issues we will correct them and schedule a re-inspection.
You will sign the Certificate of Completion.
The project is officially complete.
We kindly ask that you do not move or remove these documents until the inspection is completed.
In some counties, an additional final survey is required (cost ~$700-800).

We take every review seriously.
Your opinion helps us improve our service and create better experiences for future clients.
