How Your Reward Works
Your $500 reward is issued as an AMEX gift card. Use it anywhere AMEX is accepted.
Gift card is mailed within 30 days after the referred project is completed and paid in full.
Gift card expires 12 months after the date of issue. Non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Referral Program Questions
Who can participate in the referral program?
Anyone can refer a friend, neighbor, or family member to Screen Factory Florida. You do not need to be a current or past customer. The referred person must be a new customer who has not already received a quote or started a project with us.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No limit. You can refer as many people as you want. Each completed referral project earns you a $500 AMEX gift card. Refer 3 or more completed projects within 12 months and you qualify for Referral Partner status with increased rewards.
When do I need to submit the referral?
The referral must be submitted before or during the initial estimate or consultation. Referrals submitted after a contract is signed or a project is already in progress are not eligible for the reward.
What if multiple people refer the same customer?
Only the first referral submitted is eligible. If multiple people refer the same customer, the reward goes to the person who submitted the referral first. Referrals are tracked by submission date.
Can I combine the referral discount with other offers?
The referral reward is a separate program and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly approved by Screen Factory Florida.

Exclusions and Limitations
- Existing customers with active proposals already in the system
- Self-referrals
- Duplicate referrals submitted by multiple people
- Commercial or HOA projects unless approved in writing
- Insurance claims or repair-only jobs under $5,000
- Cancelled contracts or projects that do not proceed
Program Changes
Screen Factory Florida reserves the right to change the Program terms, change reward amounts, add or remove products, or end the Program at any time. Any changes apply only to future referrals and do not affect already approved referrals.
Fraud and Abuse
Screen Factory Florida may reject or disqualify any referral if it believes that false or misleading information was provided, the Program is being abused, the referral was not genuine, or the Participant engaged in fraudulent, unethical, or deceptive behavior.
Taxes and Legal Disclaimer
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes associated with referral rewards. The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating in the Program, all Participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
