Before & After: Pool Enclosure Renovation in Sarasota
Our client in Sarasota, FL reached out to us for a complete pool enclosure replacement after their existing structure suffered severe damage due to Florida’s weather conditions. The aluminum frame was bent, the screen was torn, and the enclosure was no longer functional.
Client’s request
One of the client’s main requests was to achieve a picture view, providing an open, unobstructed view of the surroundings. Although the property had a parapet due to the hilly landscape, this did not pose any challenges for our installation process.

Project Stages
- Free Measurement. We started with a free on-site measurement to assess the dimensions and understand the client’s preferences for the new enclosure.
- Permits & Documentation. To ensure full compliance with local regulations, we prepared the necessary documentation and obtained permits without delays.
- Sketch Approval. After designing the project sketches, incorporating the picture view, mansard roof with side slopes, and other key details, we reviewed them with the client for approval.
- Old Structure Removal. The old enclosure was heavily damaged, making the removal process quick and efficient.
- Installation of the New Structure. We built and installed the new enclosure with an emphasis on picture view, minimizing horizontal bars for an open, panoramic feel. We then secured the Super Screen 17/20, installed the mansard roof with side slopes, two doors, 7 Super Gutters, and support cables for additional stability. Due to the large size of the enclosure and challenging weather conditions, the entire process took a little over 10 days to complete.
- Final Inspection. Once the installation was complete, we conducted a final inspection to ensure everything met quality standards and the client’s expectations.
