The system category is the primary pricing factor. Everything else – size, mesh, tracks, motor – builds on top of this choice.

6 factors that shape your final price
Every screen is custom-built. These are the variables our estimators work through to build your flat-rate quote.
Comfort (roll screens) vs. Protection (SA Hurricane) is the primary cost driver. Hurricane systems include mandatory engineering plans, certified materials, and permit filing – all reflected in the price.
Screens are built to exact dimensions – width 3 to 30 ft, height up to 22 ft. Larger spans require heavier-gauge materials and more powerful motors (e.g. 50 Nm vs. 15 Nm torque), which affects cost.
Standard rigid tracks vs. SA spring-loaded tracks for wind resistance. The HD bottom bar (recommended by our engineers) is ~$100 extra per screen – it reduces mesh deflection by 68%.
From basic insect screen to solar shade (Phifer, Twitchell), privacy mesh (Textilene Dim Out), or OmegaTex for hurricane systems. Each material has a different price point and performance profile.
Standard Dooya/Somfy plug-and-play motors are the baseline. Li-Ion solar motors (no electrician needed) cost a bit more. Bond Bridge for Alexa/Google Home/smartphone control adds ~$200.
5 standard colors (White, Bronze, Black, Beige, Ivory) at no extra charge. Custom RAL powder coating adds $500 per screen and 1-2 weeks to production time.
