The homeowners in Marsala Ct once had a screen enclosure, but it had been removed and replaced with a fence. After some time, they decided it was finally time to bring the open space back to life with something more impressive, durable, and view-friendly. That’s where our team stepped in.
Project goals
Before we could begin the new construction, we first needed to handle the removal of the fence that had replaced the original pool cage. From there, we had to design and build a 12-foot tall structure that not only met code requirements but also enhanced the view of the beautiful surrounding nature. With the design approved, we took full responsibility for the permit process — from paperwork to approvals — ensuring everything stayed on track without delays for the homeowner.
The existing fence was carefully dismantled and hauled away to make room for the new enclosure. Our team made sure the surrounding deck and landscaping were protected during the demolition process.
Once the site was prepped, we built the new 12-foot-high pool cage using premium materials, including support cables for added wind resistance. Every component was installed with care to ensure durability and clean aesthetics.
